I also encourage anyone who is the slightest bit interested in watching these cuties in action to visit Creative Sewing Solutions. When you get to their site, click any foot description on the left and a video will magically appear!
(Update 2023: It seems the new website is "creativefeet" but it looks like there are still some videos. And fewer choices.)
As for my feet...
Zigzag Foot This is an general sewing foot with a black button to press in while stitching over thick seams, as in denim jeans. The feature of this foot eliminates the need to place a ruler, or the like, under the rear of the foot to lift the front forward while sewing in a downward slant.
Overedge Foot This foot finishes the edges of fabric. The wires hold your fabric flat to keep it from puckering (especially knits) and the bristles guide the tread to prevent tangling.
Zipper Foot This foot can sew on each side of the zipper.
Satin Stitch Foot This foot is used for satin stitching or applique. It has a groove on the underside to allow the stitches to pass easily.
Walking Foot This foot helps when stitching on thick layers of fabric. It has feed dogs that help it along for even feed stitching. A lot of people use this for quilting. I like it as a general purpose foot. :)

Straight Stitch Foot This foot helps prevent delicate fabrics from getting twisted in the bobbin.
Invisible Zipper Foot This foot is a wonderful tool to aid in attaching invisible zippers. Awesome invention! :)
1/4" Quilting Foot With Guide This foot makes a 1/4" seam line easier.
Adjustable Zipper Foot The foot slides along horizontally for ease in stitching zipper seam.
Narrow Hem Foot Use this foot to fold and stitch a narrow or rolled hem for light to medium weight fabrics.
Darning Foot also called an Embroidery Foot To say the truth, I haven't used this foot but to baste. I need to learn how to use this.
Blind Hem Foot This foot is used for perfect blind hemming and top-stitching.
Overcast Foot My Kenmore manual states "This foot is specially designed to simulate professional style overlocking. The wires on the foot effectively prevent the fabric edge from puckering or rolling." I've used the overedge foot more.
Automatic Buttonhole Foot Doesn't the name explain it?! I am in LOVE with this foot. It makes my buttonhole-making-life so much easier. :D
Ruffler Foot This foot gathers fabric. There is a choice to gather fabric every stitch, every 6 or 12 stitches. If you can see the numbers on the front "plate" that the screw is sticking out of - that's where you set your foot. This is a very cool foot!
